Is there a booking fee?

Yes - we take a small booking fee of £20, which is redeemable against any purchase (gown, veil etc.). This helps us ensure your appointment is fully private and tailored just for you.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Of course! We understand plans change. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can release your slot to another bride.

Do you take walk-ins?

Our appointments are private to give every bride our full attention, so we kindly ask you to book in advance.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We suggest booking around 9–12 months before your wedding to allow time for ordering and alterations. But don’t worry - we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timeframes too.
