How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our online booking system or by getting in touch with us. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

How long does an appointment last?

Our bridal appointments are 1hr & 45 mins, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on, and fall in love with your dream dress.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

Absolutely - we encourage you to bring up to four guests whose opinions you truly value. We want you to feel comfortable, supported, and special.

Do I need to pay for my appointment?

Yes - we take a small booking fee of £20, which is redeemable against any purchase (gown, veil etc.). This helps us ensure your appointment is fully private and tailored just for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest booking your appointment at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.

Do you stock plus-size or petite gowns?

Yes. We proudly offer sample sizes that reflect real brides, and our seamstress can make adjustments to create your perfect fit.

Can I order dresses in different sizes or colours?

Yes, most of our designers allow for a range of sizes and shade variations. We’ll guide you through all available options during your appointment.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

Yes - our trusted seamstress works closely with us to ensure your gown fits flawlessly.

How long does it take for a dress to arrive once ordered?

Most gowns take around 4–6 months to arrive, depending on the designer. We’ll discuss timelines and fittings during your appointment.

Can I take photos during my appointment?

Of course! All appointments are private, so you'll have the whole boutique to yourself to capture as much as you like.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend nude underwear, any shoes or accessories you may wear on the day, and an open mind — sometimes the dress chooses you!

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, we have convenient parking close to the boutique. Details are included in your confirmation email.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Our appointments are private and by booking only, so we can give every bride the attention she deserves.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time.

What happens if I find my dress?

When you say yes, we’ll guide you through ordering and fitting, and celebrate the moment with you. You’ll also meet our trusted seamstress, who’ll ensure your gown fits perfectly.
