Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering your gown.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before collection.
All goods remain the property of the shop until paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as gowns are custom-ordered.
Deposits and any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Returns & Refunds
All bridal gowns, accessories, and sale items are final sale with no returns or exchanges.
Sample sale gowns are sold 'as seen' and cannot be returned.
Sizing & Alterations
Gowns are ordered to the nearest standard size based on measurements taken at the time of order.
The shop is not responsible for body changes after ordering.
Alterations are not included in the gown price and will be charged separately.
Fittings & Appointments
Fittings are by appointment only and subject to availability.
Customers must bring wedding shoes and undergarments to fittings.
Missed or late appointment charges are non-refundable.
Delivery & Storage
Estimated delivery times vary between 4–8 months depending on the designer.
Storage fees may apply if the gown is not collected within the agreed timeframe.
Hygiene Policy
Accessories such as veils, tiaras, and hairpieces cannot be returned once removed from the premises.
Force Majeure
The shop is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or supplier issues.

The shop is not responsible for third-party alterations or any damage caused after collection of the gown.
